The room is clean, the location is great—on a quiet street in a busy area—and there’s enough water supplied to stay hydrated. Nothing else to add; I’d stay again.

The spot is unbeatable right next to the Galata district, lively and full of shops, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. No complaints.

“Cheap but not cheerful”

The location is good. It's very central and close to Galata tower but on a quieter street. The room was also very clean and cosy when the electricity worked. I was left without power on the last night and morning of my stay. I let the owner know and received no help, no clear explanation as to why and no assurances as to when this would be fixed. This was completely unacceptable. I had a flight to catch the next morning and was left with no way to charge my phone and had to get ready in the dark, as I was staying in a basement room with no natural light. As this is not really a hotel, there is no front desk or anyone to help you if things go wrong. The soundproofing is also awful. You can easily hear the other guests, especially if your room is on the lower floors. Additionally, the owner contacted me on WhatsApp after my stay had concluded to harass me about a review I hadn't submitted yet. Overall, I would not recommend this as a place to stay. I would rather have paid extra to stay in an actual hotel
