The only thing worth mentioning was the balcony overlooking the sea and the staircase that led straight to the beach. First, the room we booked had already been reserved – how can you confirm a stay if the room is already taken? The receptionist told us there was a sea‑view room and that it would be worth it. The room was large but lacked air conditioning; a ceiling fan only covered one bed. One bed was unusable because it had no mattress, so we had to lie on the hard surface. The bathroom had no shower enclosure, so all the water ran onto the toilet side and turned into a pool, with no drain to remove it; the toilet lid was dirty and broken. When I turned on the light at night, a cockroach was perched on the wall. The bed had no mattress cover; they just threw a sheet over it. Honestly, the only redeeming feature of that room was the beach view, but that mattered little when the whole room was practically unusable. It seemed like that room had never been used, yet they forced us into it because our reservation was supposedly taken. The gourmet area was a mess, with dirty dishes and clutter. At least we stayed only one day; it was not worth it at all, don’t fall for it. That room shouldn’t even be worth half the price we paid.
