The house was nice and had a fridge, but for the price I expected my own washroom. On Sunday the water ran out, I wrote to the host and they blamed me for using too much water, even though I only had one short shower on Saturday.

The host overbooked and couldn't accommodate us. It's not acceptable; the platform should step in and compensate us for this big inconvenience.
