TRS Coral Hotel - Adults Only - All Inclusive

The hotel was spotless and every service was flawless; I loved the room. I would have liked more music played by the pool.

The service was a thousand‑point experience. Every staff member we met was very kind and polite. The variety of restaurants and culinary options impressed me. Everyone should have a chance to enjoy something like this. It was all perfect.

The staff were very friendly, especially Miss Liliana who helped us a lot with the changes, the waiters, the spa team, the chic theatre staff, and the restaurant crew. The rooms smelled terribly damp; we had to request a room change, and the new one smelled less. The main restaurants were full, no reservations were possible, and you have to pay extra to access the spa and theatre even though the rate is already high.

The room was gorgeous, yet the food was terrible—only the pool bar offered decent eats.

“Peaceful with great staff and everything you need”

Food and drinks were consistently good, and both butlers—especially Mel—were outstanding, though a touch of seaweed on the beach was a minor annoyance for the season.
