The location and bed were comfortable, but the term “luxury rooms” should be verified by Booking. It’s marketed as a hotel but is actually a B&B with operators who don’t even speak Italian, focusing on making a profit with low‑cost labor. The bathroom smells of dampness, the bidet is impossible to use because it’s installed under the sink, and the sink filters are clogged.

La posizione. Un poco disordinata e anche poco organizzati. I bagno lasciano molto a desiderare e la composizione degli spazi è molto scomoda. Abbiamo chiesto un cuscino in più e non lo hanno. L’ascensore spesso non funzionava

The location was excellent, but the cleanliness was poor, the bathrooms were old with a broken toilet, the shower was almost unusable, and clutter was badly stacked in the corridors and the former breakfast area.
