We were really impressed by the immersive setting—lots of nature and calm. Our daughter loved the indoor pool. No negatives; overall a very pleasant experience.

The location is good and the bed was comfy. Breakfast was great and the garden areas were lovely. However, the restaurant staff were very unprofessional and unfriendly. The hotel is generally kid‑friendly, but there is no kids’ pool.

I liked the hotel’s exterior, especially the pool area and the park. I didn’t like the room much, particularly the bathroom.

The location and cleanliness were good. The restaurant service and breakfast were very slow, understaffed, and the staff kept moving tables around each day, which was especially inconvenient for me because my room was above the restaurant.
