The place was nice and cleaned. The staff was friendly and the breakfast we had one day was good. There was a tub in the room that had a very high reach and on top of that I found it to be a little slippery. My husband and I both felt the same. We were extremely cautious in the shower

The location was excellent and the staff were friendly. The bathroom was not clean on the first day, and the drainage was very poor. The room was too small, with barely enough space around the bed. The facilities also felt old and not up to the standard I would expect from a four-star hotel

a localização é muito boa. cafe da manah era otimo !. Ar condicionado não funcionou durante minha estada, o hotel teve que me fornecer um ventilador para eu poder suportar o calor. o meu quarto era no nivel terreo, mas a janela era virada para a rua, durante a noite meu quarto era visto por quem passava, a menos que fechasse todas as cortinas. privacidade zero, o pior é que a recepção me informou erroneamente que ninguém me veria da rua

Firstly, our room, #43, was infested with ants. You couldn't get rid of them fast enough. Secondly, it was very hot despite all our efforts to cool it down. The outside temperature was in the 30'sC*. When I went down to complain about the ants and the room temperature, the receptionist said, oh, you want me to turn on the air conditioning? Then he offered to change our room which we did. I also became very ill and was forced to change all my arrangements and flights to return home. I prepaid for 6 nights, but only stayed the one night. The hotel is refusing to offer any type of refund, saying that I prepaid and that's their policy. I strongly recommend to any traveller that they seek another hotel
