The apartment is excellently situated, close to Rovinj city centre, a Kaufland, and a great grill terrace. The host is very kind and helpful, truly a welcoming host. The room is clean and well equipped, and the air‑conditioning was a lifesaver in the heat. The house owner’s grappas are delicious! I recommend it to everyone; if I go back to Rovinj I’ll definitely stay here again.

All the details in the room were well considered and the bathroom was spacious. The room, terrace, and bathroom were well equipped and very clean. Communication with the owner was easy and she was very helpful. The bathroom wasn’t accessed from inside the room, but the door was only one meter from the room’s door, so that was acceptable.

The house is a small charm, surrounded by greenery, with a lovely terrace and just ten minutes from the fabulous Porton Biondi beach. You’ll also find a fridge to keep drinks cool and a towel rack. A 15‑minute walk takes you to the harbor and the centre. The bathroom is large and comes with a hair dryer and soaps. Mrs. Edita was fantastic and offered us grappa, juice, and fruit juice. The toilet didn’t work perfectly and we had to press it a bit.

The apartment’s simplicity, the family vibe, the location, and the quietness were all positives.
