The pool and beach staff were great, but the price was extremely high for the quality; the floors were greasy under the sofa and the cabinets were filthy, even a boxer was left next to the washing machine.

The apartment was large, comfortable, had a washing machine, and was close to shops, but the reception was unprofessional: we were supposed to pick up the unit at 2 pm but didn’t get it until 5 pm, which left our tired kids exhausted after a long trip; they also knocked on the door at 10 am to rush us out, which was shameless, so I won’t return.

The phone number was unreachable, reception staff didn’t understand English, German, or Russian, there was no shuttle to the hotel and they missed the airport shuttle, the rates were high compared to other Egyptian hotels, no sauna was available despite being advertised, the beds were very hard, breakfast was not included even though it was paid for, the room was under renovation with broken parts, no light, dirty, and there was no toilet paper.

The apartment was great, clean, well equipped, with several pools and a slide, but the breakfast was delivered to the rooms and we never knew what time it would arrive.
