The location and ambience are nice; no issues.

The rooms are spacious, accessible, and well‑situated, but the night front desk staff are unpleasant—no smiles, no eye contact, and they never speak unless spoken to, which makes the first encounter at the hotel uncomfortable. The housekeeping team is probably the worst; I had to keep asking for basic toiletries and towels for my child. One night I asked for toiletries four times with no response, and when I requested an extra towel, the housekeeping over the phone refused because we were only two people in the room, making it feel like we had to beg for basic necessities.

The spot is great, but the breakfast left a lot to be desired.

Only the housekeeping folks were courteous; everything else was a disappointment. I was initially given a corner room out of sight that felt cramped, and later the receptionist seemed clueless about basic customer communication. The language was rude, the food awful, the breakfast spread non‑existent, and every single aspect made me regret spending my money at this cheap place. I urge everyone to avoid it, and I wish I could get a refund. The front desk staff, especially the lady, could use serious hospitality training—she even joked that I couldn’t take water bottles because I was checking out, which was hilarious. My daughter and I had severe stomach issues after ordering food. Save yourself and your money.
