“No real problems stay.”

All staff were very helpful. Room was OK. Bathroom appeared more modern with excellent appointments and cleanliness. Downstairs restaurant food was very good. Room was quite dark with little or awkwardly placed lighting. Apparently no control of radiator for heating. No lift, with stairs from first to second floor being very steep could be difficult for some people

“Perfect location for a short stay.”

The room was very spacious, the whole property very clean. Excellent bathroom and a very comfortable bed. We had a lovely dinner and breakfast over our weekend stay. Staff were excellent, professional and courteous. Location is perfect. Free on site parking and the Train Station was 300m away, and only a ten minute ride into Manchester town centre. As on the main road there were plenty of Buses into Manchester city centre. Noise was minimal and we enjoyed an excellent weekend.

“Ruined by the lack of disability adjustment”

Evening meal and breakfast. The serving hours of 08.00 until 10.00 am (Sunday) breakfast was ideal and a decent check out time of 12.00 noon meant we weren’t unduly rushed. The stairs. We gave a long advanced request of a lower floor room due to both having walking difficulties. We were allocated a room on the top floor up several flights of very steep stairs and yet one of our relatives whom only booked within seven days and was not disabled, didn’t ask for a ground floor room and arrived long after ourselves received a ground floor room!!!

breakfast superb and freshly cooked. location excellent for buses and trains clean. no comfortable area for "hotel guests to sit away from "pub/restaurant" activity

“Great stay will be back”

We didn’t have the breakfast , but evening meal was lovely. Stairwell to rooms a bit worn and dated , room was very nice , clean modern and comfortable
