“Impathetic Service”
Only the restaurant staff were helpful. The hotel demanded an extra Rs.1200 for stains and publicly humiliated a lady at reception to pay for them, even though they gave us dirty linen. The owner was impatient and rude, refusing to replace broken cups and treating guests like servants. They threatened to lock us in and refuse to let us leave. I’m asking for this hotel to be removed from the listing.

The overall location and stay were really good, and the food quality matched expectations while car and auto services were easily available for travel. I didn’t find anything I didn’t like.
The staff were friendly and spoke good English, and the rooms and bathrooms were clean. The hotel is within walking distance of a bus stop to the sun‑temple. The only nuisance was pigeons perched on the windowsills that woke me up early.
The hotel welcomes overseas travelers, the staff move briskly, maintenance and cleaning are thorough, and the coffee, tea and amenities are plentiful, with the on‑site restaurant offering a wide menu. It’s a bit removed from the main bus terminal, which makes it quiet, but long‑distance buses can be caught at the Sudama bus stand to the southwest.
