The rooms are newly renovated, spotless, with a nice bathroom and toilet. The staff are very kind, communication is excellent (they called ahead about arrival and scheduling was easy). The place is close to the road, but we stayed overnight on the Czech Trail near Žítková, a great choice for cleanliness, comfort, and rest. There is a shop and a petrol station with an open store nearby.

The room was nice and comfortable, and the receptionist was helpful. The building looked a bit neglected from the outside, and for the price I expected more.
