The front‑desk staff were really extremely nice and attentive, greeting us warmly every day and helping us well with all our requests. The room was a bit smaller than expected, but that ended up not being a problem.

The hotel’s location is optimal, very close to the metro station. The staff are friendly and helpful. We booked a room for 3 people. The room was extremely small for 3 people and the bathroom was very cramped. We were somewhat disappointed with breakfast: every day there were the same two sausage types, only pre‑packed cheese, no fresh baguette, only small baked mini rolls/croissants, no fresh fruit.

The property is clean and close to the metro and bus stop; the location is also near all the amusements and restaurants. The market is one of the best finds; we buy a lot of fresh fruit at a good price. The receptionists were also so friendly and helpful with the information. I will definitely stay here again!

I slept in comfy beds, enjoyed a tasty breakfast, and the metro nearby was well connected. The bathroom was tiny, the stairs were awkward, and there was a slight odor down the hallway.

I stayed in a triple room with my husband and daughter and it was very comfortable. The hotel had an elevator, which was a huge help. The location was great, right in front of a bus stop and metro, 5 minutes to the RER, 35 minutes to Disney, and 30‑40 minutes to the Eiffel Tower. The area was very quiet, with supermarkets, restaurants, a bakery below, and a pharmacy. What I liked most was how the staff welcomed us; the 24‑hour reception was extremely friendly and helpful. On our departure day they practically put us in the bus, helped with our luggage, and even talked to the driver about where we would get off. They were always very kind to my daughter, giving her hotel pastries to take on the trip and eat at night. I would definitely come back! The elevator broke on the last day, but the staff were very helpful with the luggage, so it didn’t affect us much. Nothing else bothered me; it was above my expectations.
