The restaurant service was fine, but the overall experience was rude, old and worn, overpriced, unattractive, more like a two‑star hotel than anything else.

The food was fantastic, and I absolutely loved the pools; the front desk staff were amazing. I’d definitely stay longer if I could, but I couldn’t adjust the showerhead because I’m too short.

The pools were great, but one staff member was extremely rude and abrupt, with a very ghetto attitude.

Location. Pool water was dirty couldn’t swim, terrible internet, lobby had water leaking out of the ceiling, only 1 elevator was working
