Rooms were spotless, the beds felt comfy, and the breakfast was really good—nothing to complain about.

Breakfast was fine. A staff member booked someone else in the room I paid for, and then to fix it, booked me in their room. On the surface, not a big issue until my cc was charged extra for incidentals, the other person got access to my name, address, email and last 4 digits of my cc when they checked out - and my receipt gave me theirs. I would think that’s a privacy breach. Additionally room smelled musty and smoky but it was fully booked so couldn’t exchange for another room
