The staff were responsive. Cozy atmosphere. Comfortable beds. Drinking water (water dispenser), tea, coffee (good coffee machine) and ice (ice machine) available at all hours. Good breakfasts and dinners. We really liked the atmosphere of this guesthouse. But you have to understand that the high rating is given considering the cost of the stay. The beach on the island is decent, but the bottom is rocky. The reef is sparse and not interesting. The island has many little shops, cafés and restaurants. There was a lack of small items in the room that would have significantly increased comfort (no shelf for toiletries in the shower area, no shower curtain, no hooks on the wall for bags and hats). The room has no table. No TV. No fridge (the fridge is shared in the bar area). No patio, the room window faces a concrete fence and people walk by the window, so curtains must always be closed. There are free bicycles, but they’re very old and need repair. Also note that there’s no shampoo or shower gel and they only give one towel per person. Adults also receive beach towels.

We were very lucky to end up staying in this place and if it is available, we strongly recommend staying here; it’s a real family‑run guest house, the breakfast was always really nice. But what we strongly recommend is, if you want to do any experience like snorkeling etc., ask them and do it with them; we spent a beautiful day with Zilan and his father, stingray snorkeling and then fishing, this was the highlight of the holiday! So thank you to all the family for making our stay so special! Nothing else!

The food was fantastic, and the host was warm, friendly, and offered great local tips. The only downside was that our holiday had to end, but that’s just part of the experience. Bitos was flawless overall, so if you find this place, go ahead and book it.

The vibe was great and the staff were attentive; the room was roomy and spotless, though you have to bring your own toiletries. Breakfast in the garden was amazing, and the only small gripe was not knowing there was no soap and shampoo, which is a minor issue.
