There is no front desk. Check‑in and check‑out happen through the grocery store on the ground floor, which has odd hours. I arrived at 3 pm and my reservation wasn’t found. They rely on screenshots from various booking platforms, and there is no other staff on site. No one was available at 6 pm to give me the Wi‑Fi code or explain the 50 MYR deposit. I left the next day at 7 am for the airport, but the deposit was never returned because no staff were present until 9 am. I tried speaking and texting with the hotel about how to get my deposit back, but received no reply.

Overall, the value for money is decent – the bed, the facilities, everything else was fine. The only small issue is that sometimes the hot water doesn’t come on consistently.
