I checked in early, found the room clean, comfortable, and centrally located near shops and restaurants. Nothing to complain about.

“Terrible accommodation and would not recommend”

The location was great for everything on and around Forster and Tuncurry. The room was filthy, and the door wouldn’t work properly, sometimes taking up to 5 minutes to release the latch. My mum tripped on cracks in the driveway near the stairs, falling and injuring her shoulder, knees, and hands. The beds had springs poking out, making them very uncomfortable. The pictures online look nothing like what we stayed in.

The hotel was really nice and right in town, which was very convenient. The only issue was that the bathroom needed a separate bin.

“Would not return. Needs an update”

Location was definitely the highlight of this hotel - it's right in the thick of things. However, the place itself feels really dated, and the pillows were super uncomfortable. To top it off, there's a lot of noise coming from the hotel, which made it tough to get a good night's sleep.

“I would stay again if the room was clean and presented with word of truth and cleanliness”

The kids loved the pool, and the area was quiet and pretty comfy, but that's where the positives end. The cups were filthy, the shower was temperamental, and the towels were dirty. We also had some weird issues with toilet paper and someone else's booking details were still in our room. Oh, and the milk in the fridge was chunky and smelled off.
