The facility was comfortable, meticulously maintained, spacious, and convenient for the station and the Basilica of S. Maria degli Angeli; the new room had a large bathroom and shared kitchen access. The only drawback was the noisy front door that rattles whenever someone enters or leaves—otherwise everything was perfect.

The place was spotless, the staff and reception were welcoming, and the location was great.

We rented all three rooms and it was an excellent family experience. Highly recommend. The reception service was very helpful.

The location is convenient and you can easily reach the town centre. However, something needs fixing—at least a few small shower soap doses.
