The staff were friendly and the equipment modern, yet there were too many guests at the greetings area, the seating was cramped, and the noise level was high.

Everything was very clean and well‑maintained, the room was well equipped, the terrace was beautiful, and the food varied and excellent.

The staff were outstanding, the cleanliness was excellent and every service—from food to spa to furnishings—was of high quality; the pool and relaxation area were simply incredible. I can’t think of any downside; if I had to nitpick, perhaps include water in the half‑board plan while keeping other drinks excluded.
