I had already booked, paid in full, and noted that my arrival would be a bit late. When we got to the hotel, a boy with his sister at the reception told me the room was fully occupied and asked me to cancel. I showed the confirmation number, but he still insisted on cancellation. I never received any prior notice about the full booking. I had to find another hotel for the night of 5 Sept. I requested a refund, but the process is overly complicated and hard to get. Very stressful.
