The staff were rude and the beds were dirty. There was no welcome from the staff, and what was shown in the pictures was not what I actually saw. It was late and I had no other option; all guest houses were far from my location.

The hotel is not located where it says it is, so I can't say whether I liked it or not.

The staff were friendly and responded cordially. Parking is only available outside the premises.

I didn’t like the hotel, the staff, or the service.

The room was spacious with a large bathroom that had a floor squeegee, and the Wi‑Fi was great. The property had a nice garden and indoor leisure space. However, we had to ask for the correct room; we were first given a budget room even though we had booked a deluxe room. English communication was very poor, but that’s fine if you don’t need it. The location is very bad for tourists: it’s 1.5 h from the centre by public transport, and the nearest bus stop is a 20‑minute walk away. If you want to spend extra money, you can take a taxi or tuk‑tuk for about 150–300 rup one way, which at the end of the day will negate the good price and you could have had the same room in the city. Local dhabas are almost unavailable, leaving only touristy and higher‑class restaurants, which we found overpriced for the value. They offer room service food, but we didn’t try it.
