The bedroom was spacious and private, which was a plus. During check‑in, a young male staff member was unhelpful and unfriendly. The room had only one shower, making it inconvenient, and the lounge area could use a fan or AC. The kitchen fridge was free to use, but many guests ignored the rule to write their name and checkout date, making it uncomfortable. Keys were handed out, yet guests often left them unlocked, undermining security; an auto‑lock system would help. Late at night, from 12 am to about 2 am, other guests walked loudly, disrupting sleep, and the noise of footsteps and doors echoed after 10 pm, so a reminder about quiet hours would be useful. My room was full, but other rooms were empty (as seen by the shoe rack), so allocating rooms based on occupancy rather than clustering would improve comfort.

The staff were super wonderful—warm, friendly, and helpful. The location isn’t that close to the harbour, but it’s convenient if you take a bus or metro, and the surrounding community is surprisingly worth exploring. It’s near a famous shopping street, and you’ll pass highly rated local restaurants, second‑hand bookstores, and an indie cinema. I wish I could stay a bit longer. The soundproofing isn’t perfect but is bearable.

I stayed near Wakamachi, close to the shopping street, and the surrounding alleys were quiet, giving the place a great vibe. The managers were friendly and kind, and even though it was my first time at a capsule hotel, I felt very at ease. The location right next to Wakamachi made it easy to reach the shopping street, and the quiet side streets added to the lovely overall atmosphere. The staff were all very kind and gentle, and staying at a capsule hotel for the first time here was truly enjoyable!
