The price was a plus, but the towels in the bathroom looked like they had pube hairs on them, the bed was hard as hell, the dresser was broken on the floor, the bathroom door wouldn’t open or close, there was no TV remote, and the shampoo bottle seemed half used and sticky.

The staff were very friendly and the location was super convenient—just 2 min from the airport. The bed was very uncomfortable; you could feel the springs, and there was hair and trash from a previous guest. The sink was clogged, trash bags from room cleaning were left in the hallway all night, and the guest simply dumped boxes by the curve.

Not much to say positively, but the place was extremely nosy and slamming doors, with music blaring, arguing, and smoking in the facility.

The room was mostly comfortable and clean, but the housekeeping staff stole from my room and did nothing about it; they shouldn’t have been there at all, and even after we told them we were staying over they kept entering without knocking or announcing themselves.
