I was given a room, but when I arrived, they refused to accept it and we left.

Nothing pleased me. They never informed me that there was no vacancy, so I went to the property and received no response at all.

The bed was comfy and I could get hot water for a coffee in the morning. However, the way it was set up was a bit odd and communicating with the staff was difficult.
