I was originally assigned a room on the second floor, which would have been hard for me after a knee replacement, so the staff kindly moved me to a ground‑floor room. However, the steps down to the parking lot had no railings and were steep, making it a bit risky.

The room felt a bit cramped and there were no chairs because of the limited space, but we managed by using the outdoor chairs in the room, which worked fine. We really enjoyed the outdoor area outside our room; it gave the hotel a charming feel. In the summer, my whole family stayed at the Surfside and disliked it, so we preferred the Heritage. Keep up the good work.

The location was good and the price was fair, but I found bedbugs. When I reported it to management, they seemed unsurprised and simply offered to move me to another room.

The barbecue ribs were amazing. The room was dated, yet it was spotless and cozy. The staff were all very friendly. I had been here before, so I knew what to expect, and I wasn’t disappointed.
