“2 nopți în Constanța”
The room had everything you need and was great. Before paying online I chatted with the manager – a lady – on the phone about three times, and she even called me back when she couldn’t answer. We agreed that any issue would be handled by phone, but after I paid she disappeared, stopped answering calls and messages until I left. She only sent the access code after 3 pm, which was frustrating. I asked for an invoice and finally got it two days after checking out. At 900 lei per night they charged 20 lei for mineral water and another 20 lei for a small juice; for two nights I got two coffee sachets and two sugar packets, no minibar refill and no cleaning. They brag about free parking, which turned out to be false – you have to be lucky to find a spot nearby, otherwise you end up wandering around Constanța looking for one. All in all: the room was superb but the manager was completely unresponsive.
Everything was perfect.

Everything was excellent. The room was extremely beautiful and I felt like I was in a museum. The staff were very friendly and responsive. I will definitely come back. Nearby is a small bistro with exceptional and fresh food. Everything was fine.
“Feel like a queen in this Royal apartment”
everything was over expectations: location is excellent, outside garden, inside all is like a castle, as per the name, Royal and feels royal. If you have big trolley, just take care of the stairs, there is no elevator and some rooms are in second floor on a snail staircase, that might be uncomfortable but for me was no issue. The stair is clean and comfy
