A hotel exactly as one would expect in Venice, the style, the furnishings, the atmosphere, everything fits. You feel transported back to the 17th century. Finally a hotel that matches the pictures on the website. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive!

The setting is exceptional, the location: a true haven of peace in a bustling city, and the staff are extremely competent and caring. Nothing.

We always enjoy staying at this charming private hotel: a very beautiful place, well‑located, staff always attentive, and a shady garden that’s great for a nice breakfast and relaxing in the evening. One small drawback: the interior could use a refresh – the hallway carpets are stained, the bathroom is starting to show its age with broken equipment and torn curtains, and the TV was not working. A little facelift would be welcome.
The place sits in a fantastic spot, the staff were lovely, the room looked cute, and the bed felt comfy. The AC barely cooled the room and there was no laundry service, even though the listing promised it. Still, the staff were amazing and they took us to a local spot that turned out to be perfect for us.
