The location is excellent and the housekeeping service is good. However, the breakfast they advertise as continental was not offered. We couldn’t have a hot shower; the first day they said a water heater was being fixed, but it never was, so the water was lukewarm for a few minutes before cooling. The hotel is undergoing renovations, and that’s something they should inform guests about.

The hotel sits in a great spot and the staff were friendly. The rooms were huge and comfortable, with excellent beds, and the bathrooms were spacious and spotless—highly recommended. On the downside, the building feels old‑fashioned; the bathrooms had issues— the bidet was loose and the tub was unsafe because nothing was placed underneath, so you could slip and fall. The breakfast was very limited, lacking cold cuts and fresh juice.

The staff are friendly, and you can leave your belongings in a room and keep exploring the city even after your stay ends. The wall and ceiling work isn’t professional—there are paint streaks and uneven plaster—but overall it’s acceptable, probably because the building maintenance is handled in‑house, so it isn’t perfect.

The bed was super comfy, the room was roomy, and the towels were good. However, the room listed an electric kettle and mugs, yet there was only an empty mini‑fridge and a microwave with two cups; I would have liked a mug for tea. I asked reception for one, but the kitchen was closed so it wasn’t possible. Breakfast was basic, with no fruit or real orange juice, just white bread toast and no other options. The toaster was old and sometimes burned the bread. At night, the shower water was quite cold, though it warmed up in the morning.
