Wir hatten ein Komfortzimmer gebucht, Die Lage des Hotels und die moderne Ausstattung des Zimmers waren top. Jedoch hatten wir ein Zimmer zur Parkplatzseite über der Lieferzufahrt zur Küche des Hotels bekommen. Nachts ab 3.30 Uhr wurde das Hotel mit Lebensmitteln beliefert, Flaschen entsorgt oder geraucht. Nicht eine Nacht ohne Störungen, so ist Erholung nicht wirklich möglich. Als wir an der Rezeption um ein anderes Zimmer baten, bekamen wir gesagt, wir wären selbst Schuld, wenn wir über buchen. Hätten wir über das Hotel direkt gebucht, hätten wir ein Zimmer mit besserer Lage bekommen. Diese Antwort macht uns sprachlos, warum bieten Sie ihr Hotel dann auf Booking,com an?? Wir bekamen kein anderes Zimmer wg angeblicher Auslastung. Auf unserem Gang haben wir jedoch nie andere Gäste gesehen. Wir haben bei der Abreise unseren Unmut über diese Art der Gästebetreuung geäußert und gesagt, so gewinnt man keine Stammgäste. Uns jedenfalls nicht. Schade, denn sonst hat uns das Haus gut gefallen

“Ein sehr schöner Urlaub.”

The breakfast was great, the reception was very good, and the staff during meals were also excellent. Parking was very convenient. The only issue was that the signs to the pool could be improved. Other than that, we’d gladly return. On Usedom’s Sonneninsel we would have liked a bit more sunshine.

“Der Aufenthalt war nicht besser wie im 3*Hotel von Best Western aber doppelt so teuer !”

The hotel’s location is very good and appealing; breakfast is varied, but the toppings are not always replenished on time, and the bread selection is limited to two kinds each day. The room was spacious, yet it lacked an extra wardrobe, luggage racks, and a desk for work; I had to do that on the bed. There were issues with payment: I didn’t receive any notification from Booking that only card payments were accepted, and since I normally pay in cash, I didn’t have a debit card. Anything missing should have been indicated by Booking.

I stayed in a large room with a spacious bathroom, a comfy mattress, a Smart TV with internet access, and the Wi‑Fi was solid. The downside was early‑morning street noise coming from the street‑side rooms and the parking lot, the smell of cigarette smoke from guests who smoked outside the hotel entrance, a confusing route to the pool, the panoramic café always full with no seats available, and some breakfast dishes missing without timely notification.
