The ocean‑front setting was fantastic and the staff were amazing, yet dirty socks were found on the couch and tape covered the outlets in most rooms; we thought the outlets were faulty until maintenance explained it was leftover from painting.

The exterior was beautiful, the rooms were clean and well decorated, but one night some guests were rude and stayed partying until the early morning.

Being older, the lighting in the room was poor; the toilet kept running on and off all day and night, and the main outdoor pool was out of service and under repair while we stayed.
