The staff were friendly and the stay was pleasant, especially with the beautiful pool, yet the Wi‑Fi was spotty in the bedroom and around the pool area.
The hotel is run exceptionally well and supplies every essential amenity for a comfortable stay; it sits amid lush greenery, making it perfect for relaxation, and its location offers easy access to major historic sights and transport at any hour. The food is tasty and provides a satisfying dining experience, while the staff are professional and always ready to help. I especially want to thank Manager Mr. Ranathunge for his dedication and quick response to every request, which made the stay even better, and I also appreciate the owner for upholding such high hospitality standards, excellent facilities, and a well‑trained, friendly team. I strongly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable visit.
