The location was great because it was in Águeda. However, there was misleading advertising; they never mentioned the animal fee from the start. When booking, the breakfast was quoted as 12,50 but that was for the three guests in the room, not per person. One breakfast per

The room and location with perfect parking were positives. The reception service was quite poor: the information given was almost nil and, on several occasions, the staff were a bit rude and unfriendly. They also didn't provide the necessary information clearly. Regarding room cleanliness, the experience was especially negative. I consider it abnormal to leave the room at 9:00 am and return at 18:00 hours only to find it still unclean. This happened for several days, forcing me to call attention to the staff because it seemed wrong. Additionally, the room towels were not in good condition; on more than one occasion I received towels with holes, showing that the material isn't properly inspected before offering it to guests. Overall, I think the hotel should significantly improve both customer service and the organization of cleaning and quality control of room materials.

The location was very close to the center, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. The breakfast was varied and complete (eggs, fruit, cold cuts and typical Portuguese sweets)… The receptionist's treatment was excellent and in Spanish. The spa was a. only one shower head worked, and there were children too small to behave in a place where you’re supposed to relax.

The space was comfortable and the parking spot was very handy. The corridors had a strange odor. The hotel was good but it shows that it isn't fully developed.
