The hotel was clean, neat, and well‑maintained, but the real highlight was the staff—lovely, friendly, and polite, making us feel very welcome throughout our stay. I would definitely give this hotel a 10/10 and would love to stay at Pistachio Hotel again if we visit Sapa in the future!

I really enjoyed this hotel. My family stayed in two very large rooms overlooking the street on the 10th floor, and it was very quiet. The rooftop pool is spectacular—though a little cold. The view from the breakfast area was lovely and the buffet offered a great variety. It was a very comfortable stay, with plenty of food options around the hotel and easy walking or grabbing transport. Maybe a little heating for the outdoor pool; the indoor pool is heated but feels stuffy and doesn’t offer the spectacular view of the outdoor pool.
