We arrived late for check‑in and had to wait for the receptionist, who kindly offered us a drink. The room door didn’t latch properly, so it was a bit noisy, and we were unlucky to share the space with about 20 other kids.

We were greeted very warmly. Welcome drinks and snacks were offered. The motor was allowed in the garage. The restaurant was good and the breakfast was tasty.

The pool and outdoor areas were nice, and we booked a luxury room (not the smaller, malfunctioning one that was initially assigned). Reception and staff were often hard to find, breakfast had only dry items (croissants were missing; later eggs and ham were offered), and maintenance was poor. Dinner was mediocre, even though the panoramic setting was nice.
