Lovely beach and fun pool area, but the room wasn’t ready more than 1.5 hrs after the check‑in time.

The check‑in was easy with friendly staff, and everything else was fine.

I could walk straight onto the beach, but we weren’t allowed to check in until over an hour past the scheduled time. The oven microwave didn’t work, so we called for help; the maintenance guy offered to let us use the dam while cooking or promised we wouldn’t put food in it, saying “it could start a fire.” We only used it as a fan while cooking, which triggered a hotel‑wide fire alarm. No discount or compensation was offered for the bad parts of the stay, even though other late‑check‑in guests received discounts, food vouchers, or something similar.
