The reception was very welcoming and the staff was attentive; the room was quite spacious and well sound‑proofed, and it was clean. However, there was no breakfast, a kettle or coffee/tea were not available, and the location was 250 m away.

I wouldn’t recommend this spot. The train noise is relentless; you’ll hear and feel trains every five minutes, not just occasionally.

The location is great, only a 4‑minute walk to the metro and a 3‑minute walk to Roma Ostiense station, which offers a quick and cheap link to Fiumicino airport. The room is spacious with a comfortable bed, the elevator is quiet, and daily cleaning and towel changes keep things tidy. The windows are well sealed, so street noise is muted, and the air‑conditioning works well. Around the hotel you’ll find plenty of bars, pizzerias, and grocery stores. Minor issues included the lack of a wardrobe, a fridge that cooled poorly, and a broken safe that wouldn’t lock.
