The garden and pool are nice. ⚠️ STAY TO AVOID – VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE I strongly advise against this accommodation. The value for money is completely unfair, with a very high price compared to the services and the overall condition. I had stayed here in 2021, and that experience was completely different. Since then, ownership changed and the place no longer resembles what I knew. We now feel more like a neglected house than a place meant for travelers. Upon arrival: no welcome and no reply to our messages. Problems piled up: no hot water the first night or the next; no network in the room; old fans barely working, and there are no windows to ventilate properly; the kitchen is in a very concerning hygienic state with ants everywhere (photos attached); ants also in the room, which is especially unpleasant; sewage smell in the shower; overall comfort conditions are very insufficient; the room photos in the listing do not match reality. For a price like this, you expect at least basic cleanliness, comfort, maintenance, and communication, none of which were met. The biggest disappointment is seeing how things have changed since my 2021 stay. The new owner has drastically altered the quality, and unfortunately not for the better. The price is totally disproportionate to the real offerings. We felt like we paid for an establishment that no longer exists as described. 👉 I strongly recommend avoiding this place.

The venue is gorgeous and charming; we adored the sunset terrace and the pool is also lovely.

The location is great and the building is impressive with a nice view, but hygiene was lacking: the communal areas, especially the bathroom used by at least six people at once, were only cleaned once during our 8‑night stay, even after we asked multiple times and no one was available to address it; the kitchen was heavily used by many guests and never cleaned regularly, which was a real disappointment.

The accommodation is situated in a historic and impressive building, the surroundings are beautiful, the pool is delightful—especially on a hot summer day—and the owner is very friendly.
