“Hôtel absolument à éviter”

Nothing. Far from everything, no services, no breakfast, no kitchen at the hotel, faulty equipment, the pool is in bad shape, construction work on the building opposite, staff look amateur or incompetent, 100 % Chinese clientele, rude, ill‑polite, somewhat aggressive.

“Like booking a stay on Ali Express and Concerning Ownership”

The bed was comfy. We stayed one night and were disappointed by the actual conditions. Visible mold in multiple areas, cigarette remnants everywhere, and a strong indoor smoking smell throughout. The toilet didn’t flush properly. The hotel was poorly maintained, quite dirty, and almost empty during our stay. The staff tried to help and switched our room when we complained, but they’re clearly not well‑trained and appear to be exploited. The taxi driver tried charging $10 for a 3‑minute ride (normally $1 in Cambodia), then immediately dropped to $5 when we objected. Still massively overpriced. It’s like buying a hotel stay on AliExpress. After our stay, we learned the property has ownership connections to entities mentioned in investigative reports about problematic operations in Sihanoukville. One positive: the bed was comfy. Cannot recommend. Physical conditions don’t match online descriptions. Consider other options in Sihanoukville.

“Wouldnt come again”

No Wi‑Fi or service, TV didn’t work, hair dryer didn’t work, the phone didn’t work for room service and the very basic room isn’t worth £45.
