The reception host was very helpful and welcoming, even walking me to the parking, restaurant, and laundry when I asked for directions, and I found the public bath to be exceptional with varied baths, a sauna, an ice‑water plunge, and an outdoor rock garden bath; better communication about dinner options would improve the experience.

In the room, Wi‑Fi did not connect at all.

The bath was nice, but the futon was thin.

The place was very accommodating for families, offering a game room, board games, coin laundry, and a large hot bath.

Everything was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The natural hot spring was spacious, and the outdoor bath with sauna made me very satisfied. The buffet breakfast had many options, and for the price I paid for a one‑night stay with breakfast, it felt very generous and worthwhile. The phone service and the staff’s handling of my late arrival were kind and greatly appreciated. I would definitely stay again. Thank you very much. There were no particular negatives.
