The place is great, right in the city with an internal parking lot. The garden and the porch look lovely. The bed is super comfy and the host is very helpful. They offered two welcome beers, a kettle, a fridge, and coffee for us.

The building is a beautiful colonial style and the ground‑floor accommodation is spacious with a well‑equipped kitchen, a lush garden and absolute quiet. The hosts Alan, Francisco and Francisco’s wife (I forgot her name) welcomed us warmly and the breakfasts were excellent. Shops and cafés are nearby. I hope to return! Below are photos of the overall view of the hotel, the lush garden, the apartment lounge, and the entrance. Three other rooms (kitchen, bedroom & bathroom) were not photographed. On the downside, a separate waste sorting system could be considered, distinguishing organic waste (onion or banana peels, leftover cheese crusts…) from non‑organic waste (paper, plastic…). All rooms have fixed mosquito nets that are perfectly sealed, which is great, but removable nets (e.g., sliding) might be worth exploring to allow better airflow when you want a quick breeze.

The host was very friendly and accommodating. The room has a big fridge and there is secure parking right next to the door.

Alan and his family were excellent and attentive hosts. Secure parking was a bonus, the property has a nice garden and the breakfasts were great

Inside the high walls is a spacious, colourful garden and brightly coloured colonial rooms that lift the spirits. Alan is super helpful and provides a lovely breakfast, which we enjoyed outside our room under the long portico. We were able to park our car securely off the street and it was a very safe area to walk around. Only a couple of blocks from the Convento de San Bernardino light show! Nothing worth bringing up.
