The service attitude was excellent; many requests were handled well.

The spot is great and the price is good, but the room feels a bit cramped and the window is stuck against another building, so ventilation is limited and there's a lot of dampness. The bathroom is also very small.

They walked me through how to check in and out, but there was a note at the bottom left of the BS screen telling me to complete the procedure there.

The place is awesome—quiet, close to everything, and only a 20‑minute walk from Akihabara. It’s next to a 100‑yen shop, several konbini, Sukiya, and other convenient chains for when you’re tired. Evening bathtub sessions are a real treat, and everything is perfectly arranged even though the room is small. I was there in 2019 and still recommend it. The lack of laundry machines at the hotel is a hassle, especially during typhoon season.
