“Decepcionante experiencia”
Breakfast was quite poor compared to other national and international hotels, which caught my eye, especially since many foreigners visit Magallanes. The buffet eggs were cold, cheese variety was limited to only Gáuda and queso de leche, bread was low‑quality whole‑grain (other hotels usually have sourdough, which is noticeable), and the nuts were weak. I was disappointed by the breakfast and by the hotel’s failure to fix the issue of no hot water (slightly lukewarm, room 404 in tower 1) after I complained, which seemed unprofessional for a hotel with the supposed prestige it claims. Maybe it was an isolated incident and I was unlucky, but it clearly affects whether I’d recommend it or return. I also came from abroad with excellent stays.
