Great location, a superb deal with wine tasting and a winery tour. The air conditioning failed to keep the place cool; it was too hot. Breakfast in the basement is a bit odd.

Very beautiful and historical. Almost nothing

I stayed at a hotel right next to a winery, perfect for anyone who wants to dive deep into local wine tastings. The tasting is included in the stay price. The room was large, the plumbing was good, and the renovation felt very modern. The design of the lobby and rooms uses green‑wine‑oak tones. From the third floor I could see the only football field in the world inside the historic fortress walls, at least that’s what the guide said. The entrance and parking were fine. One night, however, I heard some metallic noises coming from the factory; I don’t think it was part of the system, but it made it hard to sleep.

The room was gorgeous, came with a welcome bottle of wine, and was spotless. Everything needed was provided, and the breakfasts were fantastic—both menu‑based and buffet. The highlight was the free tasting and tour of the Kinzmarauli corporation’s factory, plus a large rooftop pool at the restaurant, all at a reasonable price, with great wine from the factory and a stunning view of the fortress wall and the mountains. The downside is that the hotel has no balconies, and the entrance to the factory and pool is through a street via a rear entrance. The pool and restaurant close too early.
