The owners were genuinely kind, even giving us 10‑cent coins for the elevator and providing a fridge stocked with snacks. The room was well furnished and clean. However, it sits on the landing of the owners’ flat on a high floor of a busy building, overlooking a central courtyard that stays noisy even at night and isn’t very well lit. This is a common setup in Naples, so you have to adapt. The elevator requires payment, the fridge is a bit noisy, and the bathroom isn’t brand new but works fine.

The building’s authenticity shines through. The apartment was spotless and well equipped, with water bottles in the fridge upon arrival and coffee pods available. The host was very helpful and available, and check‑in and check‑out were very flexible. Nothing to add.

Everything was perfect: a very comfortable, clean room right in the center. Super central, yet no noise at night, and breakfast was tasty at the corner café! Paolo is a charming man; we were able to leave our luggage on the day we left because we were heading out that night. Thanks a lot, we’d definitely come back! We loved everything, even the neighbors were sweet 🥰

Great location. The host was very friendly. The room was fresh. The shower water was hard to keep at a steady warm temperature; it kept switching between cold and hot, but it worked with a bit of patience.
