We had an amazing experience on our Ha Long Bay cruise; at the start we received an upgrade to the Baya Soul cruise, the service was outstanding with the whole crew being incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout the trip, special thanks to Dean who was our amazing host, the ship is beautiful, modern, and feels brand new with very comfortable and well‑designed rooms, we also really enjoyed the additional activities which made the cruise even more enjoyable and gave us a great way to experience Ha Long Bay, everything was very well organized from start to finish, we truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this cruise to anyone visiting Ha Long Bay.

We got bumped up to Bhaya Soul just before our departure, and the three days and two nights on the vessel became the highlight of our Vietnam trip. The cabin was neat and cozy, the meals and daily schedule were carefully arranged, and we never felt pressured or left to figure things out. A shout‑out to our butler Harry, who was present when needed but not overbearing, and that level of care really helped us unwind. The floating village left a lasting impression, and the night squid fishing and early‑morning cave meditation exceeded our expectations. Bhaya’s boats reach parts of Ha Long Bay that other operators can’t, so we enjoyed far fewer crowds and a sense of privacy. We also booked and loved the onboard spa. The only downside was the spotty Wi‑Fi at sea, which is understandable given the setting.

The cruise was absolutely flawless, a true 100 %! Everything was impeccable: the places were spotless, the room stunning, and the food genuinely delicious. Most importantly, the entire team was incredibly involved, helpful, and attentive from start to finish. We felt truly pampered throughout, with care paid to every detail. A special thanks to the cruise manager and Will, her second, for their kindness, availability, and professionalism, which greatly enhanced the experience. We recommend it without hesitation!
