This was a wonderful pension with a super friendly host, and we felt completely at ease. The location above Heiligenblut offers a grand view of the valley.
“Sehr empfehlenswertes Quartier”
A rich breakfast, a clean, modern room with a “beautiful” shower and a phenomenal mountain view. The friendly, competent, and courteous host was very helpful with small ailments (she gave us Alpine herb tea to soothe an inflammation). Thank you.
The warmth and friendliness were outstanding.
We felt completely at ease. The place was quiet with no stress. The room was very clean and spacious, and the balcony gave a perfect mountain view. The family‑run hotel had attentive service, and the breakfast was plentiful and tasty. We’ll definitely return – highly recommended!
“Parfait pour nous, on a adoré”
The buffet breakfast was generous, and the personalized, attentive service was great. It sits high above the village, so you need a car to go down to Heiligenblut, very close to the toll on the Grossglockner Strasse. We were pleasantly surprised, but it’s 2–3 km from the village, so transport is required to descend or return to the Kaiser Franz Joseph Hütte.
