I had a fantastic time here—absolutely wonderful!
“Good location but service and staff very poor. Rooms not ready at check in.”
The hotel was short staffed and very rude, falling far below 4‑star standards. I personally wrote to the Manager, but he hasn’t even bothered replying! It was my daughter’s wedding celebration with many guests, and the service was unacceptable.
“Beautiful property- Suitable for a family vacation”
The property is huge and beautiful, and we even got to visit the horse stables with our baby. The playground was nice but could use some cleaning and maintenance, while the pool was great and stayed at a perfect temperature on a hot day. Breakfast, however, was very modest and small, and there were no shade areas around the pool.
“Hope to come back someday”
The staff were wonderful, the location stunning, the food delicious, and the atmosphere calm and tranquil. The whole family—parents, children, and grandchildren—enjoyed it immensely, and I highly recommend the horseback ride. Renovating the bathrooms would have made the experience even better.
