It was worth the money and close to the bus stop, but the keys were manual.

“They have to work on their staff members to be more responsive and responsible”

When I arrived, they didn’t let me into the room because someone was checking out late, so I got my room around 3:30 PM. They gave me the room late, and they don’t clean your room regularly; I stayed 10 days and they only cleaned it twice. I asked them to clean my room, they said OK and they didn’t. Another annoyance was a strong, persistent cooking odor coming into my room from neighboring rooms. The units have ovens but lack proper external ventilation, so cooking smells travel through the shared or connected toilet ventilation shafts straight into my bathroom and room, making it uncomfortable.

It’s very close to public transport, the room is large for the price, there’s a 24‑hour reception, and the wifi is reliable. The carpeted rooms felt a bit worn and needed refreshing, and the bathroom had no exhaust fan, so there was visible mould. The local streets around the hotel, even though it’s just a minute from the upscale area of Nişantaşı, look very run down and tired, with lots of cigarette butts, litter, and construction work.

I was pleased with the hotel's good location, quiet street, and clean, cozy atmosphere. The availability of tea, coffee, and water was also a nice touch. However, I was a bit disappointed by the lack of a bedside lamp and the moisture on the floor in the bathroom.

I was thoroughly impressed with the hotel's fantastic location, which made it easy to explore the surrounding area. However, my stay was slightly marred by the fact that the basement rooms needed some repairs. The 24-hour reception staff were always available to help, which was a great perk.
